PPP Agency Held Online Meeting with International Healthcare Consulting Company

On March 9, 2022, Public-Private Partnership Agency held online meeting with InterHealth Canada. The company is interested in investing in healthcare sector and implementing public-private partnership projects in Georgia.
During the meeting, Levan Batiashvili, Senior Analyst of the PPP Agency, explained to the company representative the procedures required for the implementation of the public-private partnership project in Georgia, the peculiarities of the Georgian PPP legislative framework, as well as the projects reviewed by the PPP Agency, which belong to the energy sector. With the recommendation of the PPP Agency, a representative of InterHealth Canada plans to contact the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia in order to find out the needs and investment opportunities of the Georgian healthcare sector, then the cooperation with the Agency will continue.
