About Us
Public-Private Partnership Agency is a legal entity of public law that is accountable to the Prime Minister of Georgia. The Agency was established on the basis of the Law on Public-Private Partnerships of May 4, 2018 and started operating in February 2019.
Public-Private Partnership Agency is headed by the Chairperson who is appointed and dismissed by the Prime Minister of Georgia.
